Like a few other people I am trying to decide whether to buy the Abit ST6-R or the Gigabyte GA-60XET. I will be using this board to o/c my current P3-700 so I was wondering if anyone knows what maximum voltage is supported for coppermine CPU's on these boards?

Dunno about them voltages, but mainly Abit offers better overclockability IMHO.

Are you familiar with voltage hacks? They give you more voltage to your CPU than the BIOS normally allows for. This is used by many to obtain higher overclocks.

Both boards will give you a max voltage of 1.825. The difference is with the ST6 you need to vid pin to get the higher voltages but with the XET you don't.
