Frequency down when four banks, what about latency?

My DDR's are down to 333 from 400 because I have all four banks filled. What does this say about timings? Should I lower the timings now or has it been taken care of, or do I just OC? I'm relying on the presumption that if you lower the frequency, you can also lower the timings. Just don't know how this is affected by the automatic lowering from 400 to 333 if you fill all banks.

Your presumption is correct.

I seriously doubt that the board isn't going to tighten timings for you being that it dropped frequency, you will need to do that....
