My current dual (2) pc internet connection problem may be due to the accidental reversal of my power adaptors into these two units I use at the same time. I cannot find data on the internet. These power adaptors have the identical plug type but differing specs for input/output on both units I cannot diceipher and I need to actually see one or the other adaptors- to see if I have them connected to the corresponding unit. One of the symptoms of the problem I have with connection is that the lights on the 4-way router are very dimmed.

Can someone please tell me which ps goes with which unit.

The two power adaptors are:

FAIRWAY ELECTRONIC CO., LTD.
model TC-10A-050 (silver sticker)
1-3/4 x 1 x 2-5/8
black
plug on end.

FOREEN INDUSTRIES LTD
model 28-A06-200 (silver sticker)
1-3/8 x 1-1/4 x 2
black
plug on back

From google: transformer for a SB5100
ITE Power Supply
Model # T481208003CT
Input 110-120VAC 180mA
Output 12.0VDC 750mA

Center conductor (pin) positive.
So the one with Out 12V/750mA, In 180mA goes into SB5100

I don't have either one of those for my 5100...mines a 750ma 12vdc thing, if that helps at all

Same. My power adapter for my Surfboard is made by Leader Electronics Inc.

You could just run the risk of switching the adapters and see what happens...
