8800 gts

Wow, this thing has great cooling. Fast fan, and good heatsink. Got her all the way up to 900 for the core without vmods. How do I vmod it, and how can I take it further? Whats the max on this card?

My finger hurts though, the fan spins fast at 100% lol.
Btw, I cant feel anything around the cut. How do I fix it? Lol.

I think that technically the gTS does not have a fan its called a blower since it works non-radially...

I broke two 80mm Panaflo fans with my finger tips. Both times a blade broke off and my finger got cut pretty good. Think one broken 80mm Panaflo woulda taught me? :D

Lol, I also broke my share of fans by getting my finger jammed in there. Reminds me of the time the blade of a 5400 rpm fan got jammed UNDER my fingernail and ripped it off lol. That was pain.

My volt modded and aftermarket cooled 8800GTS 512 did 864 benchable. Ambients were at 0c and load was 35c ish with a Tornado on it. You are telling me your completely stock GTS beats that? Sorry, I have an extremely difficult time believing that.

Yours does 864 BENCHABLE.

What I mean is that I can crank mine up to 900 without it freezing and crashing and needing a reboot. For gaming, it does only 810 lol.

Yes its twice. I deserved the first one, but I feel that this second one should have been more of a warning since I did not really break the rule. Stable scores are around 800/2000/1200. Dont have much time to push it farther, but I will do it eventually.
