Hey all,
I NEED a new video card. Considering a full system upgrade, but still deciding on stuff. No question that I need a new card though (have a 7900GS, running Age of Conan on a 24" 1900x1200 res -- ICK!)
So -- what's my best option?
1) Buy 9800GTX from eVga and hope for good step up to new cards this summer? Am I safe with 90 days from today?
2) If not, go with 8800GTS (or GTX?) -- which is cheaper, in case step-up doesn't happen? Other concern is... what if next-gen cards, ATI is best? Then cheaper card now makes more sense.
3) Go whole hog with a 9800GX2 and stick with it
What do y'all think?
