Dually P3 Peltier Help

Hi, I was thinking of getting a peltier for my Dual Pentium 3's. Does anyone want to recommend a watt size that I should use. I'm thinking maybe 56 watts, shouls that be nice for a P3? Thanks.

72 watt is pretty resonable for Intel.

Would a pelt be wble to work on a seperate PSU? Or do I need something else to power them?
