I managed to increase my FSB to 155 and it's stable when I did some burn-in...
But I can't get it to 160, the system will restart everytime..Is it because the CPU is too hot and I should change to a better HSF? I'm using a stock HSF and an old 235W PSU ;)

I think you're right, your PSU is kindda small for what you're asking it to do. Or it's maybe the voltage that isn't high enough. For heat problems, I think your system most likely would hang instead of rebooting

Somebody said that if our FSB is too high, our HDD can wear out easily...is this true? And can they spoilt the RAM too?

RAM, yes it is (exemple : you run a PC100 memory at 150MHz FSB, that could damage it), but for the hard drive, I think the only way it could be damaged with a higher FSB is if your PCI bus, which is normally running at 33MHz, is running too out-of-specs
