Random hangs.

I have thought that the hangs I'm getting sometimes had to do with the power supply I have. but now I'm pretty sure its not the problem, I get hangs when "hanging" around here in the forum, when I scroll down too fast or just reading some post and get a hang, it occurs randomly, I had Win98 w/ IE5 do it, I had WinME w/ IE5 do it, I have WinME w/ IE6 do it. I can't figure out why is it happening?????????
Any idias? Its annoying to restart and reconnect sometimes, I even thought it was the folding + surfing, but even w/ F@H off and surfing hangs occur, there are times, that I have no glitches at all and some evenings I get several hangs. What u guys think it could be?

Just making a guess here, but could it be that your oc is causing it? Your full load temps are a tad high and may be causing the problem in combination with your oc. Have you tried to see if your system hangs when not ocing?
