2 psu fans needed?

my psu has two fans, one of them needs to be plugged into the one of my fan connectors in my MB. i would like that fan connector to power another fan + the additional fan is really loud. how nessicary is the second fan?

Not really, it depends on your case temps. Many psu's have the second fan either manually or thermally controlled.
