Please help, werid stuff in Bios

What does this stuff mean, and how should it be set? They are in the manual.

AGP Read Sync
PCI1 Post Write
PCI2 Post Write
Command Drive Strenght
DQ Control
Small Logo(EPA) Show
Floppy 3 Mode Support
DPMS Support

I know DPMS has to do with video cards, does the Radeon 8500 support it?

dont know what most of that stuff is, but i think floppy 3 mode is for japanese floppy drives, apparently they use a different kinda floppy drive there, i think they are 1.2MB floppys and stuff, someone correct me if im wrong on that.
