x1950 pro fan stopped

the fan on the stock cooler crapped out, i was running it 100% all the time thru riva, maybe too much for it? anyway......is there another cooler fan combo that willl screw on there? doesnt look like the fan will come out of cooler

bueller???? anyway, i ordered the vf900................i see it has its own speed control and it got me to thinking, is it possible that the 100% duty cycle in riva burns out fans by pushing them too far than was ever intended?
