I was o/cing my Visiontek GF3 Ti200, and when I started 3dmark, everything got really dim, and stayed that way when I rebooted. I tried clocking it back down, but that didn't help. I turned off the computer, and now I'm getting nothing on the screen, but the monitor is getting a signal. Did I fry it? Or is there something else I can do? :(

how much did you overclock it?

I don't remember, exactly. I was playing around with settings in NVmax, and it refreshed itself while I was looking around at what people were getting theirs to. I then started 3dmark, but it wasn't anything insanely high, I'm almost positive it was lower than Wildone's successful o/c.

I doubt you actualy fried it..Its almost impossible to do unless the heatsink fell off or anything like that. I bet your oc program that you were using may have caused some type of problem with the card.

I tried clearing the CMOS, and reseating the card, it's still not giving a picture. Any ideas other than RMA?

Do you have another comp you can try the card in? Does nvmax do lowlevel oc'ing? If it does you might try flashing the bios on it.

First I would uninstall your o/cing program and then uninstall all of your card drivers. If that doesn't work then try installing another graphics card into your computer. Something similar happened to a friend of mine and that worked for him. Good Luck!!
