P5K/EPU + Q6600 OC Bios Anyone?

Need these setting for 3.2Ghz , Would be most greatful.
Can I go directly in at these marks, or should I increment slowly?

would like to have voltages ect...Have Q6600, asus P5K/EPU Mobo, Antec Sonata III Case w/Earthwatts 500 psu. Was looking at 1066 Ram but am now reconsidering 800 Corsair Dominator or Patriot Viper Series
2Gb.Zalman Flower cooler. Any input would be awesome.
