Comparing Directories In Win98

I just copied all my files from one drive to another, including the Windows dir and I wanted to know if anyone has or knows of a program I can download(pref. free/shareware) to check that all my files are Ok and not corrupt? ie check that drive c: files are exctly the same as drive d: files.

On the Win98 CD in the following folder \tools\reskit is a Setup.exe to install the Win98 Resource Kit. The kit includes a program called "Windiff", which you can use to compare directories and/or files.;)
