Hi all,
So my stock 8800GTXs in SLI get 3Dmark06 of 14068.
When I overclock:
Core 600 => 630
Shader 1350 => 1485
Memory 950 => 1020
I get 14044 .... :(
Any thoughts? This is annoying since I spent ~$200 on these pretty Zalman coolers...

Something is set too high on one of the cards and probably causing an instability under stress netting you a lower result due to the errors. I've had that happen on my other 8800GT also. That's my guess.

Question, did you set the shader clock seperately or leave it linked? Otherwise I don't think that mild overclock on core and memory should cause a lower score. Try benching the cards seperately and see what happens, one card may be a bad overclocker. I haven't had much experience with overclocking in sli but I have read somewhere that you should oc the cards seperately as to find their limits and set the overclock in the bios.

What are your temps and are you using rivatuner to graph yoru temps and clocks while you bench?
Sounds like possible thermal throttling, not sure if nvidia still does that since I haven't seen it with my 8800.
