HOW TO QUITE DRAGON ORB 3's ?

I'm running dual t-birds @ 1.4ghz, and I have two dragon orb 3's on the processors. Does anyone have any ideas to quite these beasts? I also have four antec case fans, but they can not be heard over the ORBs. Could I somehow slow them down b/c my cpus aren't running hot (at least I don't think so). How can I check the temp of the cpu?

There are the less performance fans for the Dorb, which run at 4000rpm..

You can also add your panels on and put blankets over the case and you won't hear a thing... Just kidding.

But adding the side panel will help a little...
