New Folding Member! Connecting thru Firewall ?

Hey I decided to join you all in folding. I need to ask what exactly needs to be going thru my firewall for it to work? Here is the rule set i made, is this all thats needed??? >>

Protocol = TCP
Direction = In/Out
Local Endpoint = Any Port
Application = c:\program files\folding@home\winfah.exe
Remote Endpoint = Any Address (anyone know the IP addy?)
Port = 8080
Rule Valid = Always


When i restart my computer, will it start where it left off or do i lose all work on that wu?

right now i got my p3 450 folding, and in a week or two ill have my tbird 1.2@1.4 folding

I can't answer your question about the proxy because I really don't know. but..
When you restart your computer the client should start off where it left off. It usually does although sometimes it can corrupt the work and it will be lost.

I got the firewall situation figured out, so its all cool. I dont plan on restarting unless i have to.
I noticed my temps didnt rise much if at all, i thought they would go up some?
