Please if anybody know how to overclock my nVIDIA Riva TNT2?

First I would carefully remove the heatsink/fan from the card. This will be very hard as it is stuck on with some double sided tape ( I had a card like this ). BE CAREFULL! Take your time! After that, get some thermal paste ( some radio shack paste does the job ok ) and put some on the GUP chip that is under the heatsink/fan. Remove the sticky tape from the heatsink/fan ( don't put scratches on the heatsink ) and replace. Now you should have the potential to overclock it more.
Now get some overclocking software from the net somewhere and have fun!! ( I can't tell you where to get the software as I use software that came with my card ).

Yes, it can be dangerous stuff. Not a bad idea just getting software for starters. Then, if your not happy... hehe!
