I was wondering if anyone could suggest a good process (preferrably under $400) of cooling to push this past 2GHz?

What I have now...
AMD Athlon XP 1800+ (1.53GHz) AGKGA batch code
ABIT KG7-RAID
Crucial 256MB PC2100 DDR
3D Prophet III 64MB DDR
Western Digital 20GB 7200RPM ATA/100 (Perhaps upgrading to the 100GB 8MB buffer soon? If not then some 100GB 7200RPM.)

Like stated above, I would like to keep it under $400, would like to have it pretty much pre-built. Would be open to DIY options as well. Thanks! :D

You'll be VERY lucky to hit 2G with that, XPs aren't the mad overclockers tbirds were.
Anyway I'd suggest a TEC setup - Dual 172 TECs, Maze2-2 waterblock, eheim 1250 pump, heater core radiator of some sort (liquidcool.org leviathan or autozone), 172mm Rad fan (on speed control if you value your ears), 1/2" ID silicone tubing throughout.

I'd be very interested to see just how far you get..I jusy built another system...a xp1700+ AGKGA..and it O/C's nicely..I havent pushed it hard..just took the FSB upto 140 for the heck of it..( i want to do some burn-in before i overclock it ..incase it dies)..im using air cooling on this system currently..a Tt volcano 6cu+, in an Antec 1040 Server case with 4 80mm Exaust fans and 2 120mm intakes (yes i know i have more exaust then intake..i just havent added any more fans yet..) and it runs pretty cool, about 87-90F cpu temp and about 75-77 Case Temp.

Hrm.. I seen in the CPU database someone got thier XP 1800+ up to 2.460GHz.. just says "water-cooled" and thats all basically. Same setup as mine as far as the mobo and proc.. I'll be unlocking the processor here soon. I was thinking Koolance case or possibly Vapochill, but Vapochill from what I seen runs near $700 a case :( .
