Found out that my computer is much more stable on win XP and now I can o/c more. Currently at 1027 ( 158 fsb , 1.75v ) and can proberly go to 1040, but I'm going to have to get a better cpu fan. A delta 60mm fan to go with the thermal engine. Also might think about modding the case so I can fit 2x 80mm fans at the back. Only got one at the moment.

I have several rigs but this one is in my room and im workin on it the most of my time:

Generic all the way guy. Wish I could say it was high rent. Best I can do is this. 6500rpm fam, sink from the local shop. Rardio Shack paste. Temps are 24c-idle/35c-sandra burnin (among others.) I think what keeps the temps down is a lot of tweaking. All cables are strung to one side of the case. Side vent-air in- down and front of the cpu. I kept a pci cover off on the sink of my video (again, nothing fancy-nvida tnt2). I found it all adds up. I'm using a 370-dl sloket so I couldn't get cpu temps. Radio Shack again. Thermister under the hsf clip. That was nasty getting it in there. Then it is hooked to the motherboard pinout. Motherboard Monitor. I know I can't verify the temps but I used an infrared gizmo we use at work to shoot it. It's the best I can do. Box is stable and that's what I'm looking at.
