Fan Switches?

Where can I find fan switches, i think they are called either fan buses or rheobuses or something like that, I'm just wondering where you can get them?

Even better, if you are somewhat brave and have at least a rudimentary knowledge of electrical circuits, you can build your own. Then, it dosn't even have to be in a bay. You can integrate it into your case. There are lots of howtos online. I think there's even one here.
