Wireless ISP

Just wanted to get some thoughts on Wireless ISP. If you lived in an area that does not have DSL or cable would you look at it as a viable option? Downside is equip. costs, about 500 bucks for each user site. Anyone using wireless? NOT wireless networking but accessing a wireless ISP.

Might want to take a look at DSLReports (www.dslreports.com). I'm sure they have plenty of reviews on wireless ISPs and their forum probably has quite a bit of feedback on it.
