ZoneAlarm bad password issue

How do I crack/bypass the password on my Zone Alarm equipt comp?

Someone has figured out my password and changed it. I need the password to uninstall or reinstal program. It wont let me uninstal while in safe mode either.

Anyhelp? If the solution isnt quite legal please PM me.

Go to DOS and delete all files. Scan Registry very carefuly to find all ZA entries and delete them.

I have no clue how to do that exactly... any online guide?

Delete the installation folder and then open the registry and go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE and delete the ZoneAlarm entry. Might want to do a search for ZoneAlarm or whatever the entry for it was named and delete those too.

Hopefully that will take care of it although I just made all that up...it's what I do to those that have broken uninstalls.

Got a boot disk? Use it. and then find the ZA dir and delete it.
