How long is "a while"?

Mine sits there for 10-20 seconds, haven't timed it though.

Is everything at stock?
Does it do that with no HDD's installed?
Did you reset the CMOS?

no, no you asked me is everythink on stock, yes it is on stock.and i didnt reset my cmosSorry about the misunderstanding. I would suggest resetting the CMOS to make sure there isn't a setting that is preventing it from running correctly.

HOW DO YOU RESET CMOS ...No reason to yell >.>

I would suggest checking your manual first. Most motherboard have a jumper labeled "CMOS" somewhere on the board. There will be 3 pins with a jumper on two. You need to unplug the computer or turn the power supply off at the switch and change the jumper so it shorts the other two pins. Leave it that way for 15-30 seconds, put the jumper back in its original spot, turn on the power supply and turn the computer on. You may get a message that says that settings were lost, that is normal.

If IDE, I'd make sure your master/slave jumpers are correct for the drives.
