MSI power supply

is it possible that my MSI power supply (400w) isnt strong enough to give energy to my asus p5kpl, intel e2160, nvidia 8600gt, hdd, and dvd drive????
because i have problems with my crysis game on medium settings,someone sad that problem could be in the power supply...??

From what I've read at johnyguru.com, one should avoid Deer PSUs like the plague...
