 Looking for a new video card , still using my old faithful geforce 256 ddr considering how much i paid for it when it came out its served me well, I have been looking for something reasonable priced but good performance I like the Xtasy everything, but am torn between its features but only a mx400 chipset and getting a low end geforce 3 ti 200 for almost the same price but with none of the video in/out options. Also the dual monitors is very usefull to me in linux. any recommendations please drop me a line

My recommendation: Wait a few months. Both nVidia and ATI will have "All in Wonder" (ATI's tradename) type boards out based on their advanced chipsets. Other OEM's (in nVidia's case) will have their own combination boards based on gF3 and gF4--but be prepared to pay through the nose. You may have to wait a little longer for all the driver issues to pan out, though. What's more, you may not get exactly the combination of features you might want--there a lots of options now...

TV In
TV Out
TV Tuner
DVI connector
Dual monitors (on one card)
Video capture
Closed Caption scanning
3-D glasses support
(I'm sure I missed some...)

ATI has an all wonder based on the 8500. unfortunately the only place i've seen it is on ATI's site and it's like $400.

I read a review on the All-in-wonder 8500 and to be honest you'd be better off buying a Retail 8500, which has Dual Monitor support, Digital Display support, and TV-out.

I got mine for £200 + shipping in the UK.

It does not have a built TV tuner, it does not have TV on demand. A wireless remote that control your computer from any room in your home. I was even to change channels from outside my house. The ability to record tv in mpeg2 format, the ability to diplay transparency TV, the ability to Connect a DV camcorder to your PC to view and edit true digital video using the IEEE 1394 ports. It does not have a Dolby® digital stereo audio output (S/PDIF. I could go on and on.
