Reccomend Me A Good CPU Fan

The stock cooler that came with it ended up being broken, I don't know if I did it or not, but one stand is split open. So I ended up getting high temps, which may be the reason I couldn't install windows (More Info Here). I do not plan on overclocking, I may get to that later. I think quad core would be fast already lol. And reccomend one that's a low price lol.
