I was thinking about the Corsair 1000HX PSU which I know would take care of this with ease, however ... I'm not too sure that 900+ watts is really necessary. I was wondering about 800-850, to save on my electric bill :)

Corsair link: http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=10008048

CPU: E8400 Wolfdale 3GHz @ 4.0 (O/C)
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-X48-DQ6
RAM: G.SKILL 8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR2 1000
GPU(s): Dual ATI 4870's XFire

For the most part I'll have some medium fans 120's (maybe 4-6) and a Lian-Li 5.25 bay fan device. I'll also be water cooling a rocketfish case and using a single pump.

PUMP: Laing DDC-3.2

Anyone have a better recommendation? I dont want to go 1kw unless I absolutely have to really.

I'm sure a PCP&C 750w Silencer should be good for you, or a Corsair TX750w. Check some online PSU calcs to be sure though.
