Dood my thread refers to this http://www.ocforums.com/showthread.php?t=568042

First off, Quad SLI (two 9800GX2 in SLI) is not supported in Windows XP. You will know this because there is no option to enable SLI in the Nvidia Control Panel.

Secondly, it's supported in Windows Vista and you will find the option to enable Quad SLI in the Nvidia Control Panel. However, after running 3dmark 2006 my results were worse off than alone.

My guess is, nvidia hasn't perfected the Quad SLI drivers yet. Just use one 9800GX2 for now, and keep the other one in storage until they perfect the drivers.

Not sure about the price, but I'm sure if you try again to sell these again like the last thread we deleted, we're going to have a problem. The trading rules and guidlines were explained to you already.

They should sell for around £200+ if in good enough condition...depends if you have overclocked them, age , model etc.

hey guys in the nvidia control panel for my 9800GX2 there is a settin in the set multi gpu config there is an option to set it to: multi display mode meaning your gpus work together, and multi gpu mode which means they work independantly, which one is best to use guys

I works like this, Multi-GPU is for running one monitor while Multi-Display is for multi monitor applications. Enabling the Multi-monitor feature will allow you to see more than one monitor per card.
