GF3 Ti 200 Questions

Hi.
Just got a Hercules Gf3 Ti 200, a few questions.
Which are the best drivers nVidia ref or Hercules specific?
Is there different memory chips on various boards (ie 4ns etc)?
What o/c can I acheive safely with stock cooling?
How difficult is it to add better cooling and where do I add it on the card?
Once added what sort of speeds can i safely acheive?
Has anyone got this Hercules card and have you o/c this and what to?

also...the best drivers are the Nvidia reference 23.11s

memory chips can vary from card to card, to check what yours is, see if on the chips themselves it says -4 or -40

a reasonable oc is to regular Geforce3 levels...you can get much higher, but after that improvements n cooling should be done

its very easy to get better cooling....should cost you around 50$ if you get the best....substitutes can be made for around 30$

I take it that regular GF3 means 200/460?
And not Ti 500 speeds?
