Whats my memory rating???

I just recieved a Power Magic Radeon with 64mb of ddr memory. The memory chips are labeled as follows:

Hynix 143A
HY5DU281622AT -H

6E61577P

Are these 5ns modules? If not, what are they and how fast can I assume they will go?

Usually on Hynix ram on Radeons, that letter H is where a number usually is.....You sure its an H and not a 4

Its a Radeon VE. However, the PCB has it labeled as a RV100 which is the usual reading for the 1st generation Radeon, correct? I'm kinda wondering if Powermagic just names there original radeon offering as "VE" when it is not. Yes, its definitely an H.
