Bandwidth controlling Router or Switch?

Where can i get a Bandwidth controlling Router or Switch? i have the WRT54GL and flashed it to DD-WRT SP2 firmware to get the improved QOS but it is still giving out to much bandwidth :(

Have you got an old PC an 2 spare nics wack Smoothwall into it and you can easily shape/control all you like even timed access
