Which 4870 too Purchase

Hi gusy
I am about too purchase two 4870 cards but not sure which too buy. Looked at the poll and Sapphire and ATI have won that.

But, given the 4870 RUNS REALLY HOT, does anyone know if any brand has a better cooler than the others, or are they all the same as well. Or does another brand make a better card.

Last thing, has anyone changed their 4870 fans and had a big improvement, if so, what fan did you use.

It does not matter which one you go for... I'd go for whichever brand has the most local support.

Hot? Not a problem, just turn up the fan, it's turned way down, turn up the fan and it stays cool.

All 4870s (Minus the Black Edition or w/e it's called) have the same speeds and same cooling, the only difference is the sticker.

Diamond may be the way to go if you are looking for a factory oc'ed one (not available yet), Visiontek has an attractive lifetime warranty and the rest are all the same. If you want one now, just grab what you can. I got mine at mwave for $318 shipped. They have now jacked up the price to $319 w/o shipping...:-/

Sapphire, HIS and every brand said above. I don't think there is any noticeable difference. Except factory oc'ed cards.
