Hello,

Over the holidays I have had a nightmare with vendors ! I have received the wrong item in my box and had to waste time to get credit. I received a brand new IBM drive that crapped out after a week. I even received a bad chip from a very good vendor.

After all this I was loaded for bear when I called Iwill's tech dept about a bios flash problem. As I suspected they confirmed that the eprom was bad. Without the blink of an eye the tech transfered me to the RMA department where Victor gave me an RMA # to exchange the entire board. No nonsense, No bull****, no red tape. I thought I was dreaming.

This is a company that I will be dealing with and using there products for a long time !

Billy Which IBM drive was that? I believe there is a little problem (really big though) with the 75 gig.

Hrrmmm...i think the opposite....my dad and i couldnt get a celly 1.2 to boot up in an Iwill BD133U that was supposed to work with the tualatins....we emailed them and called them both with no response.......this was almost 2 months ago....

note: The mobo booted fine with both the normal Celly700 at the local shop, and Newbie Doos celly 600.....

The drive was a GXP 60 20 gig / I am waiting to see when that gets back. It is out on a RMA right now. It went out last week. I found out earlier this year that IBM WILL NOT warrant oem drives unless you purchase them from a reseller on thier list. I think the list has 10 resellers on it !

I had a good experience with them also. It was the multiplier problem with the KK266 v. 1.1. They issued an RMA immediately and they shipped me a new board right away. I had it within a week. Great customer service.
