im working on putting together a budget system for my friend and i need some help in choosing a good motherboard the parts that he wants to run are
~ q6600
~ 4gb of gskill
~ 9800GTX
~ corsair 750w
~ antec 900

he wont need raid or anything fancy just a simple no nonsense board that can do a mild oc. it will be primarily used for encoding and rendering the price range is 125 but its not set in stone thanks

that's a nice board but he wont really need crossfire, raid or dual nic's. and on the college student budget he cant really afford to get stuff he wont use. is there a more budget friendly option? or is that the way to go?
