Help pls with overclocking and temp. of 7300 gt

Hello Guys pls help
i have motherboard P31-Ds3L
processor Pentium D930 3.0 ghz Overclocked with stock cooler to 3.3ghz
GPU 7300Gt 512MB DDR2 128bit
I have a temperature monitor the problem is after overclocking the Processor to 3.3ghz it temp at idle become 49-51C and underload it become 51-58 C is that temp. dangerous
Secondly My graphic card temp at idle is 65-68 C and underload reaches to 77 with no overclocking i want to overclock the card i have the nTune but i am afraid of the temp may go more than 80 if i overclocked and i have no budget to bring coolers to case pls help what should i do?

Is this a passive gpu cooler or is there a fan? If there's a fan, I'd pull the gpu heatsink, clean it, and reapply as5.

You CPU temp is fine. Pentium D's generate a lot of heat, so 60oC is normal.
