A7A 266 MB and PC2700

I was told and I also read that the A7A266 MB would not support PC 2700 memory,PLEASE tell me this isn't true,I just purchased 2 256 PC 2700 sticks and was hoping to use them on this board,does any one know for sure if this is true????

it supports the memory and it will work, its just that the memory will not run at its rated 333 speed.....but that can be fixed by some overclocking and multiplier seting changes :)
