Quickie about bioshock?

Is the latest 'games for windows' version of bioshock still limited by the number of installs you can do?

the only thing i noticed was that it says on the box its activated online where i dont think originally it was, but i'm not positive.

ive always held off because of this as i, like many others here, routinely re-format my harddrive aswell as upgrading an stuff!

so will i suffer if i buy this newer version? i can get it really cheap now thats why i ask!

I believe they recently did away with the install limit.

I just went to play Bioshock a couple of days ago and I had to reactivate, curious since I had not installed it on any other computer since the last time I'd played. I believe I've had to activate it more then three times now, possibly five, it went through fine.
