GPU client keep trying to (re)install itself

every time i restart my rig (happens a lot while im finding the "proper" OC) a windows installer tries to install a GPU client (9800GTX)

this happened on my ATi setup too


anyone else had this happen?
any ideas on how i can (permanently) stop it?


(ive looked for a service but not seen anything F@H related)

Is it in the startup folder? That is quite strange that it would try to install something.

not that i know of (not that i can say i know exactly where/what that is)

sorry, a bit new to XP... been a die-hard win2K user till these damn quads and GPU's :p

but i can say its not in any of the (hidden) App. Data folder in program files where it installs ... i copy that onto the desktop and make a start-up shortcut
