Looking for a mobo for a q6600 around $150

So i am looking at moving to a quad finaly my work will buy the stuff kinda as a loan taking payments out of my check but heres the kicker they eat 30% of the price. i wana get a q6600 a mobo and 4gigs of ram. I have a 3870 already so what is in my range?

p5q deluxe would go good with a quad for about 209 or if you shop around less
