Help in Asus P5KPL

Hey all,

Im new here and I really need ur help ...
Im tried to do OC ... I saw some guides and stuff they all say go to the BIOS and from there do this and that .
I was in my BIOS but I dont have the Options to do OC ... like FSB and Multiplier ... just dont got em.
I did and Update to the BIOS .. but still it doesnt show.
Any Ideas ??
