question about vista 64 best use

Whats the best client to use with vista 64 bit? Q9300 with 2gb memory.

Wat kind of video card? Right now the beta GPU2 client makes the most points with the 8800 and newer nvidia based cards.

Regardless of that, I'd use the WinSMP client. It's easy to setup and can run along side the GPU2 client if that's an option for you.

Yeah I finally found the smp client. I'm used to linux. The smp client is on the main page at stanford. As far as gpu clients that is something i'll have to see about.

Just remember to use the 5.91 client. The 5.92 only works with 32 bit operating systems.

I am running the gpu client also, just trying to keep hank from finding out too soon... heheheh
