cursor seems to move behind text in posts!

Am I the only one who has this problem? When you move your cursor around over the text in the posts it seems to be behind the text. You know right!

yes it does that in IE but if you use OPERA Much Better Prog!!! then it does not do that little trick..... Must be VB related or whatever language codes this site... PHP now that I think about it ... SKIP would know!

It's just a mere clash of colours - no biggie

I use ie and it only does that when i am running seti and folding and have the seti screen up.
