A Folding we will go!

Well I took the plunge and I am now folding for the OC.com team!
I'll be setting it up on my other 2 pc's tomorrow aswell.

I'm using 2.15 but I've heard there's a newer version that lets you minimise it to the systray, anyone know where I can get it from?

2.15 graphical does minimize to the systray. You just close out the graphical window if it is up and you should see the little red cog icon in the systray. Note: the screensaver and graphical window will slow the folding process a little bit.

Ahhh OK then, I've only got the text version at the moment.
looks like I'm upgrading already:)

There is a program called hideit that will make the text window disappear on the text version. Check the in progress F.A.Q. thread for a download and explanation if you are interested.

The main 1 is a c2 850 @ 1133
the others are a 366@550 and a 366@366.

they'll all fold 24/7 tho so that should help.

Even a P1 75mhz would help. EVERY llittle bit helps get work done. Even a single work unit over an entire year is one more work unit than would have been done otherwise :).

Actually there is a time limit on WUs. I don't think a p - 75 would be able to complete a WU in time. the slowest speed that I have heard finishing on time is a p - 175. And that had to be on 24/7 with nothing else running. Fold on:burn:
