Corsiar's PSU line is pretty solid. I use their 1000w and most of the reviews have been received in good ratings.

The fans on the units are very quiet and rails have great support. I don't think you could go wrong picking it up aside from hardware load requirements.

What hardware are you going to be putting together?

I have three of the 650's. 2 are in use in almost identical rigs (only difference is one is a 3800x2 on a A8n32-sli and the other is a 4200x2 on a Epox board), I use high flow fans so I cant really give you a good answer on noise tbh.

I have no complaints about them though. Keeps the rigs running and isnt cheap or overpriced.
