Ok, I have used the TV-out on my Gainward Geforce 3 before. Under Win98, that is. When I upgraded to Win2k, I could no longer get the computer to display TV-out. The reason for this is because it, by default, sets the TV-out to PAL standard, which causes the TV to not display correctly.

I'm not exactly sure how I got TV-out set to NTSC with Win98, it may have even been set as default. The real issue here is that my card has no Twin-view, so I either have to boot with the TV or monitor, not both. While booting with the monitor, you have no option to change the format of the TV, and when booting off of TV, I simply cant decipher what is on the screen.

I have tried Powerstrip, different versions of the Nvidia drivers, and memorizing keystroke combinations to change the setting. There has to be a key in registry somewhere defining the default. Anyone know what it is?

P.S. I haven't tried chaging the TV-out since I upgraded to XP... maybe this will set NTSC as default?
