new celly 1000@1100...
have one sensor showing 30 (prolly mb), 1 @ 45 and 1@56..
using bp6.
which one should i trust using mbm 5.0?
Hmm I must say 45 or 56 is your processor and 30 is the motherboard temperature.
How is the ambient temperature?
Is the room really hot?
The air flow in your case maybe very bad since your motherboard is getting 30's.

ambient temp is around 20-22*C
i have no airflow, just open case..
when i touch the heatsink its not very hot.. definetely not 56 degrees.. ! and the chipset cooler is not very hot either..
It doesn't have to be hot.
The heatsink can be warm and that'll be 50 degrees.
For no air flow whatsoever I think it would make sense it is in mid 40's to 50's as the heatsink has nothing but to suck in the hot air.
Add some case fans, mod your cables to be rounded and twist tie those PSU cables and stuff..
It'll really help the flow in the case probably you'll get more of an overclock with 300cfm+ of airflow within the case.

If you touch the hS and its hot then its definatly reading C not F and yes its to hot. With a few cooling mods and maybe some decent thermal compound for your CPU those temps should come down.
