So far, the only case I found with outstanding stock hole sizes is the LiteOn FS020 (http://www.virtual-hideout.net/reviews/liteon_fs020/index.shtml). This thing is a mid tower with three 120mm fan holes! Unbelievable.
Are there any other cases out there supporting 92mm or 120mm fans?

The Yeong Yang Lunar 5402 Mid comes from the factory with two 120mm mounts. Dunno how difficult it is to find, though. KDComputers was selling them a few months ago.
My Super Micro has a 120mm and a 92mm exhaust fan as standard issue. Supermicro.com Steve

or you can always try the different sites that Price Watch throws at you. I'm not sure about all of the sites I've mentioned above but they usually have a good selection. Hope this helps. :)
why dont you mod the case yourself?..I added 2 120mm intakes in the side panel of my Antec1040b in about 5 mins. ( yes..i have a hole saw) I also added 2 120mm intakes to a miniatk case that I have my Duron 1Ghz in..Modding is fun and when someone see's my case, and they ask "where did you get a case with fans in the side like that?"..lol...I love to tell them,,,I did it myself :D

Case modding is cool!! If i could afford the tools i'd do it more!! ;)
Check out the Chenbro Genie, has some great fan mounts for 120 and 92 mm fans. I couldn't be happier with mine, even though I modded the hell out if to get even more fans in ;)
