Stop me if I'm wrong here but is air that is pull/pushed over a radiator colder that what it started at (before flowing over the radiator)? I dont know why I think this but would like someone to confirm/flame me about it

Depends on the temperature of the radiator. If it's colder than the air, yeah, the air will be cooler. If it's warmer, the opposite.

So in the average watercooling scenario?
JM
It will be warmer, how much depends on the amount of heat being taken from the water.
You usually do not want the air coming through the rad into your case if that is what you are getting at.

Thanks CGR.

the air has to be hotter going out of the rad as that is how the heat is dissipated. It transfers from the water through the fins to the air. It is better to have a rad externally venting if possible to avoid unnecessarily heating up the case.
temps coming off of the rad are always warmer as stated, but they are not that much warmer to worry about. I have my main intakes as my rad as my video and cpu both are water so that way they are cooler, system temps.won't be much warmer with a rad as an intake.
