Need to choose between these two boards

Hi all,

I need to pick between a Asus Striker II Formula and a Asus P5Q Deluxe. I am not using crossfire or sli and my chip is a qx9650. Which one would you pick?

EDIT: I do overclock and this is one of the things I am changing my board for. My poor p5k-e cant keep up. I know the Nvidia based boards let you unlink the memory from the fsb which sounds like it might yield better OC's. However, I also know that in general the Intel chipset is more stable.

I prefer Intel based chipest boards since you don't want run neither crossfire or sil, my pick would be p5q dlx
